This Auto Pouch Opener is a table top model, is portable (less than 15 Kgs) and uses very little air, and is extremely easy to operate. It comes with a Foot switch arrangement and also with the self time function in auto mode and has versatility to set a pace for production. All variable changing / changeovers can be done with supplied tools in very short time, and this is excellent for variety of pouch opening needs. The laminated instruction sheet will guide operators through all setups. This unit does not include a heat sealer, allowing you to use your current, already validated heat sealer. The Auto Pouch Opener, also known as Quick Pouch Opener is a semi-automatic system, which helps in opening the pouch’s mouth, for the filling of products / materials / parts to be done by hand. The initial Placing of the Pouch is the open-able position is done by a stack type holding system, and once the pouch is filled, the removal of pouch is by manual system. This type of machine helps to speed up the pouching process, saves labor and avoids extra handling / rubbing of pouches and is an excellent value for money with time saving aspects. Features
